Welcome to Quails and Tails Rabbitry!

I’m located in Quincy IL and raise mini rex, Rex and New Zealand White rabbits as well as Coturnix quail and Marans chickens on a small scale. My fiancé decided to join the fun but my breeds were “too small” for him so to have size plus generally sweet temperaments, French Lops it was! My ‘sister’ was also bitten by the bunny bug several years ago and has settled on Flemish and Flemish mixes. 

I wanted to provide an easy way to see what’s available and to contact me due to past issues with my rabbitry page on facebook (you can contact me on FB thru my profile link in the upper right corner). This will be a work in progress so please bear with me. 

I do work 40+hours away from home and have a brain like a sieve and no concept of time, so please be patient… 

Late-diagnosed ADHD (possibly AuDHD) explains so much of the memory and object permanence issues I’ve struggled with all my life so please be patient on my responses. I promise I’m not ignoring anyone, I just get overwhelmed at times and if I don’t respond the minute I see the message I have a bad tendency to forget until the most inconvenient time to respond (aka – I’ll remember at 1am after I’ve gotten home from work but since that’s such an odd hour, I’ll tell myself to message after I get up in the morning. I get busy with something and totally forgot about it til odd hours again so the cycle continues 🙃)
